“A break disability and respite “  experience in three main aspects of living:

1. Respite 

This includes:

• Social and emotional well-being

• Tailored activities and workshops to enhance the development and quality of life for our clients.

• One on One support or group support

• A Culturally appropriate environment

2. In Home Care

• Personal care

• Domestic household assistance’s

• Medication administration

• Assisting clients with daily living skills

3. Transport: All transport involves costs, please contact abreakdisabilityandrespite@outlook.com for costing and availability.

4. Emergency Care

• Emergency Care - Care for your loved ones in the event of a crisis e.g.      Family, Medical, travel for work and any thing that prevents the main career to care for the client, A Break staff will step in to provide care until needed which includes not only in house services but also external supported weekly routines.

 

**A break disability and respite also provides a Support Coordinator, which will help support the needs of our Clients from start to end.

With expertise in physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, developmental delay, autism, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities and more. We can customize a service that is right for you.
